    • 摘要: 提出了柴油机随车乳化系统的概念,设计制造了随车乳化系统的主要元件——CES(浮子室式油水配比器),通过实验验证柴油机的燃油供应系统(高压油路)具有良好的乳化能力。利用柴油机自身乳化能力的随车乳化系统,可以避免使用动力输入,有利于乳化油技术的推广应用。实验证明,随车乳化系统必须使用一定量的乳化剂,乳化剂能够维持油水混合液的动态稳定性。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents the concept of on-line emulsification system on diesel engine. The key part (float-type-chambered hydro-diesel proportioner) CES was designed for the system. Test showed that diesel engine's existing fuel oil supply system (mainly the high pressure section) has a good emulsification effect. An on-line system extensively exploiting diesel engine's inherent emulsification function dose not need specific power-input to on-line emulsification unit any more. Such a situation obviously favors the spread of oil-emulsification technology in practical use. Test also showed that emulsifier can help maintain the stability of hydro-diesel mixture. And on-line emulsification system can not function properly without emulsifier's presence. But emulsifier's dosage is much lower than expected.
