柴油机燃用柴油/甲醇双燃料的试验研究

    Test and Research on Diesel Engine Burning Diesel Oil/Methanol Bi-fuel

    • 摘要: 该文分析了柴油机燃用柴油/甲醇双燃料的技术关键。在不改变柴油机原结构参数的情况下,设计了供醇量控制机构,实现了柴油/甲醇双燃料供给量的全工况控制。试验研究表明:在甲醇吸入量为22%~56%的范围内,柴油机工作性能稳定; 动力性、经济性均有提高;排气温度下降,排气烟度明显改善;在常温条件下具有良好的起动性能。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyses the technology keys about diesel engine burning diesel oil/methanol bi-fuel. On the condition without changing the former diesel engine structure and parameter. The control mechanism for supplying methanol was designed. Whole condition control on supplying diesel oil/methanol bi-fuel was achieved. On the range of 22%~56% of inhaling methanol capacity, the test and research indicate that the diesel engine worked steadily, both power and economic function were raised, the temperature of exhausting gas dropped. Smoke of exhausting gas made a marked improvement and starting function good on common temperature.
