双控制分插机构的运动特性和优化分析

    Kinematical Properties and Parameter Optimization of Separating-Planting Mechanism With Double Control Unit

    • 摘要: 叙述了一种高速插秧机分插机构——双控制分插机构的结构原理,其传动由曲柄摇杆机构和行星齿轮系组成,完成插秧所需的运动轨迹。同时建立了机构的运动学模型,利用VB平台优化结构参数,使其可适应南方早稻和北方小苗插秧,所研制的分插机构的工作轨迹、取秧角和插秧角与理论分析和优化的结果完全一致。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a kind of separating-planting mechanism of high-performance rice transplanter, separating-planting mechanism with double control unit was introduced, in order to achieve the movement trace of transplanting arm, connected rod mechanism and planetary rod mechanism were used. On the basis of the founding of kinematics model, the software for optimizing structure parameters was programmed by means of Visual Basic in order to find out a set of proper parameters easily. According to the different agronomic requirements of South China and North China, the separating-planting mechanism was developed and optimized, the test results were quite close to the theoretical results.
