    Sampling Method With Remote Sensing for Monitoring of Cultivated Land Changes on Large Scale

    • 摘要: 以探索大尺度的农业资源变化监测方法为目的,简述了我国农业资源监测方法的研究过程,并通过遥感技术和统计抽样理论的有机结合,提出了一种监测我国农业资源变化的有效方法。利用置信度和精确度的关系以及总不确定度的理论,对该方法的有效性进行了讨论与评定。通过与国外相关方法的比较后,认为该方法不仅能够促进遥感技术的产业化应用,同时也开拓了常规抽样技术的应用空间。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes the studying course for national operational monitoring system of agricultural natural resources on large scale, especially for the national scale like China. The effective method was found to monitor the changes of agricultural natural resources for our country by means of the rational integrity of remote sensing technique and sampling theory. The efficiency and effectiveness were discussed and evaluated by the theory of total non-determinative degree and the relationships between the confidence limit and the precision for the method of drawing samples. Compared with the method existed abroad at present, the method described in this paper was proved not only to accelerate the industrialization of remote sensing application in agriculture, but also to widen the field of traditional sampling method.
