随机激励状况下挂接车辆柔性牵引技术的试验研究

    Study on Flexible Drawing of the Tractor-Trailer Combinations Under Stationary Random Stimulation

    • 摘要: 为改善挂接车辆的行驶平顺性状况,建立了平稳随机激励状况下挂接车辆的随机参数动力学微分方程,并进行了等效参数化。优化设计了挂接车辆的柔性牵引装置,并进行了仿真分析和平顺性试验,结果表明使用经过优化设计的柔性牵引装置后,改善了挂接车辆在平稳随机路面激励状况下的牵引运行状况和行驶平顺性状况。

       

      Abstract: Under the condition of stationary random stimulation, the dynamics differential equations of the tractor-trailer combinations have been set up, and in order to improve their riding comforts, the deterministic parameter system has been solved. The flexible drawing of the tractor-trailer combinations has been optimized, the simulation analysis of the dynamics equations and the riding comfort tests have been performed. The results showed that the use of the flexible drawing could improve the drawing status and the riding comfort conditions of the tractor-trailer combinations greatly under the condition of stationary random stimulation.
