立体视觉技术在秧苗直立度测定中的应用

    Application of Three-Dimensional Vision Technique in Measuring Seedling Perpendicularity

    • 摘要: 秧苗直立度是评价移栽机性能重要指标之一。采用计算机立体视觉与图像处理相结合的方法,通过图像预处理得到二值化的秧苗图像,在二维图像空间将秧苗角度信息简化为一条直线,然后利用在同一秧苗的两幅不同图像上简化的两条直线和两摄像机的参数矩阵,进行空间直线的三维重建,完成秧苗直立度的测定。实验结果表明,该方法与人工测量方法无显著差异。

       

      Abstract: Seedling perpendicularity is one of the most important targets of evaluating transplant machine performance. Three-Dimensional vision system, seedling image were obtained after calibrating camera by computer. Using image processing technique, the angle information of seedling was represented by a line in two dimensional space. Through line reconstruction in three dimensional space based on two cameras and lines, measurement of seedling perpendicularity was completed. The experiments reveal that there is no more difference between this method and manual work.
