生物质燃气专用灶具的设计

    Design of Biomass Gas Appliance

    • 摘要: 按照生物质燃气物理、燃烧特性,根据燃烧学、传热学及燃气互换性原理进行燃烧器、锅架高度等理论计算,优化设计出条形火孔旋流燃烧器、柱形极针高频脉冲点火器及双锅支架等各部分结构和尺寸,制作样机后由配气装置配制出各种生物质燃气进行实验研究,最终研究设计出高效节能、低污染、通用性好、易于点火、燃烧稳定的生物质燃气专用灶具。

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of combustion science, heat transfer, gas interchangeability and the biomass gas physical and combustion characters, through theoretical calculation, the burner and the hight of double pot support were designed. The burner with rotary-flow is bar-shape light hole and the high-frequency pulse lighter is cylinder-shape with needle poles. With various biomass gas produced by gas supplying systems, the experiment on the sample appliance was carried out, and an improved type biomass gas appliance was designed. The appliance has the advantages of efficient energy-saving, low pollution, good general-purpose and steady combustion etc.
