Abstract:
Plant structure plays an important role during its growth. Based on average climatic conditions occurring at the growth cycle level, a functional structural growth model was set up for winter wheat without hydraulic and nutrient stress. In this model, the fresh matter production and allocation of the main stem of winter wheat were simulated as well as the development of topological and geometrical structure. The parameters of the model were estimated from the measured data and the architecture of winter wheat at different growth stages was reproduced. This model can be used for agricutural production.
