旱作多功能精密穴播轮成穴机理的研究

    Mechanism Study of Forming Sinus and Casting Seed for Multi-functional Precision Hill-drop Sowing Wheel for Dryland Crop

    • 摘要: 在分析穴播轮成穴投种器成穴、投种工作过程的基础上,建立了成穴投种器运动轨迹的数学模型,并给出了穴孔轮廓的参数方程。分析了成穴投种器结构参数对穴孔形状和播种质量的影响。试验结果表明,穴孔长度随鸭嘴管安装角的增大而减少,漏播率随鸭嘴安装角和翼板长度的增加而减少,随翼板位置角的增加而增大。

       

      Abstract: Based on analyzed the operating process that the forming sinus and casting seed container of the hill-drop sowing wheel formed sinus and cast seed. The mathematical model of the container motion locus was established. And the parametric equation of the sinus profile was formulated. The effects of the structural parameters of the hill-drop sowing parts on sinus shape and sowing quality were analyzed. It by the test results that as the installation angle of the duck beak increasing, the length of sinus will decrease. If the duck beak installation angle and the wheel fender length increase, the miss seeding rate will decrease, and the miss seeding rate will increase with the increasement of the wheel fender installation angle.
