直插式覆膜小麦穴播机的设计

    Design of Film-Mulching Wheat Hill Seeder With Vertical Dropping Mechanism

    • 摘要: 该文设计的直插式覆膜小麦穴播机,采用平行四杆机构与轨道共同控制成穴器运动,成穴器轨迹非常接近理想直插运动曲线,成穴器入土后沿机组前进方向无显著位移运动。解决了原用滚筒鸭嘴式穴播机的撕膜、错位问题。即使改变成穴器有效工作长度,不会引起成穴器轨迹的变化,可满足不同作物的穴播。成穴器直接接种、整体仿形、成穴器活门强制开关的定时打开和晚关是该机的特点。

       

      Abstract: The parallelogram linkage and moving trace control orbit are used to design a film-mulching wheat hill seeder with vertical dropping mechanism, which makes that the trace of hole-forming component is very near the motion curve of ideal vertical dropping motion. After inserting soil, there is no noticeable movement along the seeder moving forward. The problem of tearing film and dislocation in the hill seeder by the duck mouth roll was solved. When the effective work length of the hole forming parts is changed, the track of the hole forming parts is not changed. This type of the seeder is suited for different crops to seed by hole. The characteristics of the hill seeder are to catch seeds directly, to follow the shape wholly of the hole forming parts, to open regularly and close late the forced switch of the unsteady door of the hole-forming parts.
