    Experimental Research on the Airflow Distribution Uniformity in Material Layers of Crossflow Recirculating Drier

    • 摘要: 为了提高物料干燥的均匀性,讨论了横流循环式烘干机的气流分布的均匀性。通过试验获得了物料通风层内气流的分布规律、主要工作参数(物料层通风量、物料层厚度和物料层长度)对气流分布均匀性的影响规律。利用回归方程和复合形法进行参数的优化设计,得出最佳参数组合,并通过试验验证了使气流分布均匀的最佳参数组合。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the uniformity of dry material, the airflow distribution uniformity in material layers of crossflow recirculating drier was researched. By means of experiments, the airflow distribution regularity in material layer was obtained. The influence of the key work parameters on airflow distribution uniformity was analyzed. And the optimal parameter combination to gain uniform airflow distribution was obtained by optimized design and experiment.
