Abstract: The status of water resources and its utilization in Hebei Province was stated, and several scientific researches on sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources were carried out. First, the conception of agricultural water resources was put forward, and the properties of agricultural water resources and its rational regulations were studied. Second, the present situation of agricultural water resources in Hebei Province was analized. The study indicates that the mode of utilizing agricultural water resources in Hebei Province is not sustainable, and a series of measures included readjusting agricultural structure must be put into effect.
