    Analysis of Influence Factor on Seeding Uniformity of Model 2BF-8 Wheat Precision Planter

    • 摘要: 小麦精播要求最终实现田间种子精确三维定位,其中粒距均匀度最难控制。2BF-8型小麦精密播种机采用了已获国家专利的一器两行“球勺形内窝孔小麦精密排种器”为核心部件,使排种定量、准确、可控、无带动层,优化配置新型张角可调型双圆盘开沟器,播种施肥联合作业,样机性能试验,其均匀性指标优于农业部《精量半精量机械化播种实施技术要点》。该文从整机角度系统分析影响播种机播种均匀性的诸因素,论述了提高均匀性的方法和途径。

       

      Abstract: The purpose of wheat precision seeding is to realize the three-dimensional positioning of seeds in field. The seeding uniformity is the most difficult norm to control among the three-dimensional positioning of seeds. 2BF-8 wheat precision planter adopts the ball-spoon shaped inter-tilled precision seedmeter as core part and collocates variable angle double-disk opener. Seed-ration feeding is accurate and controllable and no pulling layer. According to Seeding Performance Indexes of Precision and Half Precision with Mechanization issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, the whole-machine trials in field were done. The seeding uniformity index is better than the technique demand. All the influence factors of seeding uniformity are analyzed in a systematic way. And the methods and ways of increasing uniformity are discussed in this paper.
