    Technology and Test Device of Air Control Drying

    • 摘要: 介绍了干制过程气体成分调节方法和实验设备,通过双冷凝器、双蒸发器热泵系统的不同组合状态选择与压缩机变频控制配合,实现对密闭干燥系统内定量循环气体的温、湿度调节,采用专家控制系统与PID控制软件相结合方法,达到对包括气体成分在内的干燥过程状态参数的智能化控制,实验表明,所研制QTM干燥机能满足各种产品气调干制实验要求。干制过程氧气含量对干制品质量有显著影响。

       

      Abstract: A method and a test device of air control drying were introduced. Conditional selection of double condenser and evaporater heat pump system was combined with rapid adjustment of rotation of compreser to adjust temperature and humidity of circulational air in drying system. Automatic control of different ratios including air composition was completed by using Expert-PID adjustnent method. Experiments indicated that this device is suitable for air control drying of different products and there was evident effect of oxygen content in drying process on the quality of dried product.
