    黄姜提取薯蓣皂甙元及葡萄糖的工艺研究

    Study on Extracting Technology of Diosgenin and Glucose from Yam

    • 摘要: 薯蓣皂甙元是黄姜中的主要活性成分,如何提高其得率和处理其水解滤液一直是实际生产中存在的问题。本文探讨了从黄姜水解液中同时得到薯蓣皂甙元和葡萄糖的提取工艺,首次提出了以中和作为主要脱盐方法从黄姜水解滤液中提取高纯度葡萄糖的工艺,确定了合适的中和、脱色和脱盐条件。结果表明,该工艺优于传统的薯蓣皂甙元提取方法,防止了水解滤液直接排放对环境造成的污染。

       

      Abstract: Diosgenin is one of the main ingredients with activity in Yam. How to improve the yield of Diosgenin and how to process the waster solution after extracting Diosgenin are always the problems in practical production. The technology of extracting Diosgenin and Glucose in the hydrolysate of Yam hat been studied. The extracting technology of Diosgenin and G1ucose at the same time was presonted according to the characteristic of hard solubility of Calcium Sulphate. The optimum parameters of neutralization and decolorizing and desalting were determined. The results showed that the new method is better than that of traditional methods in the lightof the yield of Diosgenin and obtaining highly pure G1ucose from the waste hydrolysate.
