    Review of Subsoiling Techniques and Their Applications

    • 摘要: 深松作为农业土壤加工技术愈来愈受到重视,工作阻力大是深松作业的一大特点。该文阐述了深松技术在生产中的应用现状以及深松部件—土壤接触过程中部件的动力响应、表面处理技术和最终土壤状态等问题的研究进展。认为研究与开发耕作部件计算机辅助设计程序,进一步优化深松部件几何形状,采用合适的表面处理技术,是减小深松阻力、提高深松部件的抗磨损性能以及降低其作业成本的有效途径。

       

      Abstract: More and more attention is paid to subsoiling as a technique for processing agricultural soil. High operating resistance is the main special feature of subsoiling operation. The presently applied situations of subsoiling techniques in production and the up-to-date progress to research the interacting problem of subsoiler-soil are reviewed in this paper, including dynamic response of subsoiler to soil action during subsoiling, surface modifying techniques for tillage tools, and soil structures and morphologies after operating. It is concluded that optimizing the geometric shape and using suitable surface modifying techniques for subsoilers can reduce the operating resistance and abrasion of subsoilers against soil. As a result, the production cost of subsoiling operation can be decreased effectively.
