    Technological Design and Equipment Selection & Distribution About Intensive Stacked-Cages on Layer Farm

    • 摘要: 蛋鸡高密度叠层笼养工艺是一种不同于其它笼养工艺的饲养模式。该文对叠层笼养工艺的特点、要求、发展前景等进行了分析与探讨,在此基础上,就该工艺所需的系列配套设备及舍内照明系统、通风降温系统等环境调控设备的选型和设计加以论证,并为北京某年产20万枚蛋的商品代鸡场进行了设计。

       

      Abstract: Intensive cage-raising technology of layers is a special model of hen-raising, which is different with other cage-raising technologies. The characteristics, requirements, and application prospect of intensive cage-raising technology of layers are analyzed and discussed. Based on those mentioned above, the paper demonstrates and illustrates how to select and design related equipment, illumination system, and ventilation system, which are all required to the technology, and designs one merchandise-generation layer farm at 200 thousand-egg-annual scale in Beijing.
