    Study on Predicting Shelf-Life of Fresh Meat

    • 摘要: 在建立鲜肉微生物生长预测模型的基础上,用计算机技术对鲜肉的货架期进行预测,经与实际试验结果相对比,预测相对误差为3.2%,偏于保守。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, mathematic model is set up to predict the shelf-life of fresh meat. The research showed that the error is 3.2% between predicted result and calculated result.It is high credible to predict the shelf-life of the fresh meat with the model.
