Abstract: The working process of the sieve of the feed hammer mill is theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The sieve working characteristics and the multi-factors affecting its screening efficiency are analyzed. It puts forward the screening efficiency of the sieve aperture on the sieve is correlative with its position and the sieve can also break up feed materials. The mechanism of smashing material by sieve is discussed.
