    Research and Design of FH Separator-Mixer

    • 摘要: FH型分离混合机采用压力风送系统将独立工作的分离混合器和气粉分离系统连结成一个封闭系统,作分离使用时,通过调节过滤器和风机的风压和风量,由气流将分离混合器分离物粉末物料带进气粉分离器,实现对不同分离物的分离,做混合机使用时,关闭风机,实现一机两用。且生产使用时,不污染环境、占地面积小。

       

      Abstract: The pressure and air transporting system is used on the FH type separator-mixer to combine separating and mixing machine with air-powder separating system which forms a closed system. When separating, the filter and the air pressure & air amount of the air-blower are adjusted. The machine can separate different kinds of materials. When used as mixer, the air-blower is closed. FH separator-mixer has a novel structure and a correct working principle. It has also many good charactristics such as adaptability, wide application, and excellent performance. The product can save energy and protect environment, and it is not expensive.
