    Numerical Simulation for Incompressible Turbulent Flow in Impellers of Double-Channel Pumps

    • 摘要: 对双流道泵叶轮内3维不可压湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算采用了雷诺时均N-S方程和修正了的k-ε湍流模型,计算在体贴坐标系和交错网格中进行并采用了SIMPLE-C算法。计算结果首次揭示了双流道泵叶轮内湍流流动的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律。研究结果可以用来对双流道泵进行性能预测并为双流道泵的优化设计创造了条件

       

      Abstract: The 3-D turbulent flow in the impellers of double channel pump was simulated. By using the time averaged N-S equations and the k-ε turbulent model modified to consider the curvature and rotation, applying SIMPLE C algorithm to make pressure velocity correction equation, the calculation was carried out with Body fitted Coordinated grid. The calculated velocity, pressure and turbulent kinetic energy distributions of the turbulent flow in double channel pumps were given for the first time, which will be helpful for the optimal design and performance prediction of double channel pumps on the basis of flow field simulation.
