铸铁基硼化物增强复合材料的研究

    Hardening Layer by Boride for Casting Iron

    • 摘要: 介绍了生产铸铁基硼化物增强复合材料的工艺过程,分析了熔合剂、粘结剂、浇注温度及粉剂的粒度等因素对合金硬化层质量的影响,并对其显微组织进行了研究。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the manufactural process of a new technique about hardening the casting iron surface by boride was studied. The effects of the factors, such as the kind of melting agent, binding agent, the casting temperature and the size of alloying powder and so on, on the hardening were analyzed. Moreover, the microstructure of the hardening layer was also studied.
