螺杆泵式水田碳铵深施机的研制

    Development of Screw Pump Deep Applicator of Ammonium Bicarbonate for Paddy Field

    • 摘要: 在分析我国南方水田地区气候、农艺条件和目前施用化肥状况的基础上,研制了一种新型的水田化肥深施机械。该机械采用了将化肥与适量水混合后由螺杆泵将其强制排出的原理,克服了一般水田化肥深施机械常遇到的化肥架空、粘附及堵塞问题。试验表明,该种机械适应性强,工作可靠,使用该种机械进行水田化肥深施具有明显的节肥增效作用。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of agricultural technology, climate and fertilizer condition for rice planting in South China, a new kind of fertilizer deep applicator is developed. This machine adopted a new principle for fertilizer application, i. e., the fertilizer to be applied is mixed with some water first, then a screw mechanism is used to make the mixture of fertilizer and water enter soil through a pipe. The machine can overcome jam, adhesion and impracticableness of fertilizer. Experiment results show that the machine has high flexibility and credibility, and the remarkable function of saving fertilizer and increasing economic income in rice planting.
