植物电信号的解析方法初探(英文)

    Computing Methods in Analyzing Plant Electrical Signal

    • 摘要: 近年来,计算机技术及信号处理方法广泛应用于揭示复杂及混沌生物系统的特征以及其对外部环境的适应性。这些方法包括时域(统计、灰色系统理论)、傅立叶变换可做频域变换、小波变换能进行时频域变换。使用这些方法对植物电信号进行解析,结果表明,这些方法比传统电生理分析方法更清楚地显示多种环境因子与植物电波间的关系。这对于采用电生理的方法监控环境对植物的影响并采取相应生产措施具有一定的指导意义

       

      Abstract: New computing devices and signal processing method have been developed in recent years for further revealing innate characteristics of complex and chaotic system in adaptation to variable external environment. Three such methods were employed in analyzing plant electrical signal system, including statistical analysis and grey system method in time domain, Fourier analysis in frequency domain, wavelet transform analysis in time frequency domain. The results show that the relations between many environmental factors and electrical signals in plant are easier to be revealed by using these methods than the traditional methods of acquiring, recording, analyzing the plant electrical signal, and therefore the result of analysis can be employed directly in production process principally.
