    Rapid Finalization for Drip Irrigation Emitters Based on Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 该文阐述了滴灌设备关键部件——滴头的快速定型过程。详细论述了根据滴头结构设计生成其结构CAD模型,并应用快速成型制造技术制作滴头原型和其一体化实验原型。通过滴头流体实验可看出,与传统制造工艺相比,产品性能良好,并且滴头的生产成本可大大降低。定型后的滴头可直接应用于滴灌实验和生产实际中,实现了滴头的快速制造过程

       

      Abstract: This paper describes the rapid finalization process of emitter which is the key part in drip irrigation system. The generation of emitter structural CAD model according to emitter structure design, and the building of emitter prototypes and its integrative experimental model based on rapid prototyping & manufacturing(RP&M) are introduced in detail. The hydraulic test on emitters shows that the product properties are fine and the emitter producing cost is decreased. The finalized emitter can be directly applied in irrigation experiments and practice, and hence the rapid manufacturing of emitter can be realized.
