苦菜挥发性成分的测定及其营养成分分析(英文)

摘要: 固相微萃取技术是一项新型的提取技术,它具有很多的优点:需样量少、简单、快捷、以及无需溶剂等。为了解苦菜中的挥发性成分的抗便秘作用,用固相微萃取-气质联用方法对挥发成分进行了定性分析及定量测定。该法采用顶空固相微萃取技术,用65μm聚乙二醇-二乙烯基苯萃取纤维头取样,在25℃下萃取30min。通过实验,得出以下结论:本实验通过65μmCW-DVB固相微萃取GC-MS方法鉴定了苦菜挥发性成分中的41种化合物,主要包括戊酸乙酯,顺-3-己烯基异戊酸,苯乙烯,3-甲基丁酸乙酯,3-甲基丁酸乙酯等,经文献检索尚未发现这些物质有“缓解便秘”的报道;对苦菜的营养成分分析发现:其粗纤维含量较高;苦菜具有很高的营养价值,适合进行综合开发Abstract: Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) is a new extraction technique with many advantages: small sample volume, simplicity, quickness and solvent free. In order to know the anti-constipation function of the volatile compounds of wild Patrinia Villosa (PV), a method for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis is presented. The method used headspace SPME with 65 μm CW/DVB fiber at 25℃ for 30 min. The fiber was desorbed in a GC injection liner at 250℃ for 2 min and GC-MS was in the selected ion monitoring mode for separation and detection, 45 peaks were separated, and 41 compounds were determined. The main compounds included ethyl pentanate, Cis-3-Hexenyl isovalerate, Styrene, 3-methyl-ethyl butyrate, 3-methyl-ethyl pentanate. The nutrients of wild PV were also determined, the result showed that the wild PV had high content of crude fiber, showed that the crude fiber of wild PV played an important role in anti-constipation function.
