Abstract:
To increase the capacity of cleaning shoe, based on the double rocker cleaning shoe test rig, a new test rig with a double crank drive sieve was constructed. The sieve moves vertically in a circle. The influence of vibrating frequency, amplitude, obliquity of the sieve, opening of the laminar sieve and grain feed rate on grain loss and purity was tested. The characteristics of the cleaning shoe with circular vibrating sieve were analyzed. The results show that the cleaning shoe with circular vibrating sieve is a highly effective cleaning device.
