Abstract:
In this article, the structure and working-flow of the 2ZB-8 electromagnetic vibration minitype rice seedling transplanter, as well as the working principle of the vibration machine in the transplanter, which cause seedlings to disperse and form into a line automatically, were discussed. The relationship between each vibrating parameter and seedling speed and casting height was obtained, while the movement of seedlings on the vibrating-plate was analyzed. Thus it provides the theoretical bedrock for the design of the vibrating seedling plate. In addition, the principal influencing factors on the transplanter working performance in taboratory and field experiments were studied. The results of the experiment show that the voltage of power supply and seedling length have a notable influence on the conformability coefficient of variability of transplanted seedling for each line, and that the transplanter performs effectively.
