    Study on 2ZB-8 Electromagnetic Vibration Minitype Rice Seedling Transplanter

    • 摘要: 论述了2ZB-8电磁振动式小型水稻钵苗移栽机的结构、工作流程及振动排秧机构使钵苗分散、自动成链、排列的工作原理。通过对钵苗在振动盘的上运动分析,给出了各振动参数和钵苗推送速度、抛起高度的关系,为振动排秧盘的设计提供了理论依据。同时,通过室内和田间试验,研究了2ZB-8电磁振动式小型水稻钵苗移栽机工作性能的主要影响因素及其工作性能,表明电源电压、苗高对各行一致性变异系数影响大,该钵苗移栽机具有良好的工作性能

       

      Abstract: In this article, the structure and working-flow of the 2ZB-8 electromagnetic vibration minitype rice seedling transplanter, as well as the working principle of the vibration machine in the transplanter, which cause seedlings to disperse and form into a line automatically, were discussed. The relationship between each vibrating parameter and seedling speed and casting height was obtained, while the movement of seedlings on the vibrating-plate was analyzed. Thus it provides the theoretical bedrock for the design of the vibrating seedling plate. In addition, the principal influencing factors on the transplanter working performance in taboratory and field experiments were studied. The results of the experiment show that the voltage of power supply and seedling length have a notable influence on the conformability coefficient of variability of transplanted seedling for each line, and that the transplanter performs effectively.
