高湿稻谷逐步升温干燥工艺试验研究
Experimental Studies on the Optimal Drying Techniques of High Moisture Content Rough Rice

摘要: 针对南方双季稻区高湿稻谷,对薄层谷粒的水分迁移过程进行动态跟踪,发现降速干燥过程具有明显的二段性。通过测定深层干燥中气流状态的变化过程,由热质衡算得出深层干燥特性曲线,研究了高湿稻谷深层干燥中的热质运动规律,结合稻谷爆腰率的变化规律,给出了合理的干燥工艺Abstract: The optimum drying technique of high moisture content rough rice in South China was studied. Moisture transferring process of single rough rice was dynamically traced in circumstances of constant air temperature, relative humidity and air velocity. It was shown that two-period decelerated drying characteristics existed during the drying of a single kernel. The temperature of airflow in the deep bed was obtained by use of thermocouples. The curves of deep bed drying characteristics were obtained on the basis of heat and mass balance. The heat and moisture transferring mechanism was discussed. The effects of drying conditions on rough rice fissuring were investigated. The optimum drying techniques of high moisture content rough rice were presented according to the experimental results.
