基于图像处理技术的种子粒距检测方法研究

    Measuring Method of Seed Spacing on Test Rig Based on Image Processing Techniques

    • 摘要: 提出一种了基于图像处理与分析技术的种子粒距检测方法,并成功地将该方法用于精密播种机性能检测。采用彩色图像3分量独立采集技术,实现了3个播种单体排种情况的并行实时采集。采用基于标记的图像匹配技术,成功地实现了长序列图像的拼接。粒距的检测误差小于2mm。

       

      Abstract: This article introduced a new seed spacing measuring method based on image processing and analyzing technology. This method was successfully applied in the performance test of seeders. It is capable of real-time parallel capture of the three seeders' seeding status by using the independent capture of the three base colors red, green, and blue of the colorized image. It is also capable of joining serial images by using image-matching techniques based on the signs. The error of the seed spacing is less than 2 mm.
