    High-speed multi-frame laser holography system for diesel spray diagnosis

    • 摘要: 针对瞬态密集型受限喷雾雾化机理的研究,在实验方法上提出一种适合于瞬态完成的高速柴油喷雾雾化过程研究的激光测试技术——高速多分幅激光全息摄影系统。实验结果表明,通过该系统,可在每秒2万幅至5万幅的范围内连续拍摄多幅全息图,获取清晰的高速物体照片,揭示出短时间间隔内的喷雾蒸发和结构变化过程。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a high-speed multi-frame laser holography system was made for investigating the mechanism of atomization of instantaneous densely limited spray. The experimental results show that multi-frame laser holography pictures at a range of twenty thousand frames per second to fifty thousand frames per second; and clear pictures of the object and information regarding the speed of the moving object were obtained by this system. Finally, the processes of evaporation and construction change of the spray in a very short time interval were revealed when this system was used for diesel spray diagnosis.
