    4LSK-50型麦秸联合收捆机的研究

    4LSK-50 wheat straws combine baler

    • 摘要: 为了解决机收高茬麦秸回收难的问题,研制了一种麦秸切割、检拾、打捆联合收捆机。主要介绍该机的总体结构、工作原理、计算模型、动力特性分析和试验研究。试验结果表明:该机作业后,割茬≤7 cm,成捆率≥99.4%,麦秸损失率≤2%,草捆密度≥120 kg/m3,清理后的麦田可立即进行复播,满足了农时和农艺的要求。

       

      Abstract: To solve the difficulty of retrieving high stubble wheat straws by harvester, a model of combine baler which can cut, pick up and bale wheat straws was studied. The article introduces and examines the overall construction, the work principle, the calculative model and the power peculiarity analysis of this model. The experimental results show that after using the baler, the height of stubble was less than 7 cm,the percent of straws balered was more than 99.1%,the percent of straws lost was less than 2% and the density of the straws baler was more than 120 kg/m3. The wheat stubble field, which underwent the cutting, picking-up and baling of the combine baler, could be sowed with next crop immediately. This model of baler can adequately meet the demands of the farming season and of sound agronomic practice.
