    Computer-aided conceptual design of agricultural machinery products

    • 摘要: 建立计算机能够识别的设计模型是计算机辅助概念设计的关键。该文针对机械产品的方案设计,提出一种矩阵表达方法。该方法是用机构模块的功能和约束矩阵建立功能到结构的映射机制,为功能分解提供了强有力的数学途径。用该模型可实现运动方案的自动生成并可得出复杂新颖的机械运动方案。

       

      Abstract: The key of computer-aided conceptual design is aimed at developing design model, which can be recognized by a computer. The paper presents a matrix representation method for kinematic schemes of mechanical products. The map mechanism from function to structure is founded by function and constraint matrixes of mechanism modules. And, the method provides a mathematical way of function decomposition. By using the model, an automatic synthesis of mechanical kinematic schemes can be brought, with a complex and novel scheme of mechanical kinematics being obtained.
