秸秆粉碎覆盖与施肥播种联合作业的实现及机具设计

    Implementation of combined work of straw crushed for mulching and seeding with fertilizer and design of the machine

    • 摘要: 针对国内外在发展和推广秸秆覆盖保护性种植技术过程中,现行分阶段作业给施肥播种作业(特别是象小麦一类的小行距作物的施肥播种)所带来的因秸秆缠、堵而使机具无法正常工作的问题,提出了“乘被锤爪打碎的高速秸秆沿风道越过种肥箱向斜后上方抛出、未落地前地面处于洁净裸露之机,及时进行开沟施肥播种,随后碎秸秆再自然撒覆于种后地表之上”的联合作业方式,并依此开发研制出9QBF-150/8型秸秆覆盖免耕施肥播种联合作业机。大田应用试验结果表明:机具工作正常、性能良好,作为主要技术指标的茎秆切碎长度合格率不低于96.3%、种肥播深变异系数分别小于8.47%和6.54%,作业中基本不出现秸秆缠堵的问题,所用与同等1.5 m幅宽秸秆粉碎还田机相同的36.8 kW拖拉机,工作负荷无明显增加,证明了联合作业原理的可行性和合理性。样机目前尚存在机体质量偏大、重心置后、靠近两侧地轮处偶尔会发生夹挂秸秆等问题,还有待进一步改进和完善。

       

      Abstract: In the process of developing and popularizing conservative tillage planting technology of straw mulching,for the problem that currently the work pattern by stages does not make the seeding work with fertlizer(especially for the small row-spacing crops such as wheat) done normally because of the tangling and blocking of the straw, and based on the design idea that before the straw, which is crushed by the hammet-claw and thrown towards inclined back-top side with a high speed crossing the seed-fertilizer box along the wind hole, falls on the soil and the soil is clear and bare, the machine furrows to seed with fertilizer and subsequently the crushed straw spreads over the soil naturally. And the model 9QBF-150/8 of seed and fertilizer'seeder for straw mulching and without furrowing work is developed. The results of field test indicate that: the machine works well; the performance is good; the qualified index of the crushed straw's length is not less than 96.3%; the coefficient of variation of the seed depth is no more than 8.47% and that of the fertilizer is no more than 6.45%. In the test, the tractor power is 36.8 kW, which is the same as that used in the straw-returning machine for the width of 1.5 m. And in the working process, the work load is not increased obviously. Meanwhile, the feasibility and the reasonability of combined work of seeding with fertilizer and crushing straw for mulching are proved in principle and by facts. Although there are some problems in the sample machine which should be improved and perfected,for example, the machine is a little heavier and the center of gravity is a little on the backside.
