降低气力输送小麦能耗的试验研究

    Experimental research on reducing power consumption of pneumatic conveying of wheat

    • 摘要: 气力输送是应用广泛的物料输送方法,但能耗较高是一大弊端,为了降低谷物气力输送的能耗,从而充分发挥气力输送的优越性,故采用正交的二次回归旋转组合试验,以小麦为试验材料,选择谷物含水率、气流速度和料气浓度比作为试验因子,进行能量消耗的测试。找出了能耗与各因素间的回归方程,并确定了影响能耗的主次因素,得出了主要因素对能耗的影响规律。对试验结果进行统计计算和方差分析,得出:风速对能耗影响最大,浓度比次之,含水率最小;气流速度与能耗成二次抛物线关系;料气浓度比与能耗成一次线性关系;小麦含水率与能耗成二次抛物线关系。在试验研究和理论分析的基础上提出:在满足生产率要求和不破碎、不掉料的前提下,尽可能选择能够输送的较低的气流速度;若设备动力有余量,可以适当提高浓度比,但应注意浓度比提高引起的输送不稳定性;为获得较好的输送效果,应尽量选择谷物水分适当。

       

      Abstract: Pnuematic conveying is one of the material transportation methods that is widely used. But the higher energy consumption is the weakness of pnuematic conveying. In order to reduce the energy consumption and make good use of the advantage of penumatic conveying, adopting orthogonal experiment of twice rotation combination, using wheat as experiment material, choosing moisture content of the wheat, the speed of airflow, the consistency ratio of material and air as experiment factors, the test of energy consumption was carried out. Then the relationship between energy consumption and the other factors was found out and the main factors were determined and the regulations that the main factors influence energy consumption were obtained. By statistics and analysis, the wind velocity makes the greatest influence on energy consumption, the consistency ratio second, moisture content little. The relationship between airflow velocity and energy consumption is quadratic parabolic, the relationship between the consistency ratio of material and air and energy consumption is linear, the relationship between moisture content and energy consumption is quadratic parabolic. On the basis of experimental study and theoretical analysis, on condition of meeting the requirements of productivity, no smash and no material drop, the lower speed of airflow that can transport should be chosen. If the power of the machine is sufficient, the consistency ratio can be raised, but raising the consistency ratio can result in unstable and unreliable conveying. In order to get better result, the proper moisture content of the wheat should be selected.
