旋耕弯刀正切刃展开线的计算与模拟

    Calculation and simulation of expansion graph of sidelong edge for rotary blade

    • 摘要: 正切刃是旋耕刀的重要组成部分。为保证正切刃的设计要求,获得正确的展开线,按照旋耕刀的生产制造工艺,推导了正切刃的展开线方程。根据方程可计算出展开线上各点的坐标,并能用偏心圆进行拟合,用圆弧替代不规则曲线,便于制造加工和检验。结果表明,用偏心圆模拟正切刃展开线,其误差很小,符合国家标准。

       

      Abstract: The sidelong edge is an important composition part of the rotary blade. In order to meet design requirement of sidelong edge and to obtain right expansion graph of the edge, the expansion equation of sidelong edge is derived in this paper according to manufacturing procedure of rotary blade. With this equation, the sidelong edge of rotary blade can be developed into the plane of lengthwise edge and the expansion graph of sidelong edge can be calculated. The expansion graph of sidelong edge can also be simulation with the eccentric circle. The result shows that the eccentric circle simulation for sidelong edge expansion graph only has very small deviation. This makes it easy to process and check sidelong edge of rotary blade.
