齿轮虚拟参数化造型的新途径

    New approach to parameterization virtual manufacturing system for gears

    • 摘要: 提出逆向二次开发三维CAD软件的理念,利用三维CAD软件所具有的宏记录的功能,开发者避免了编写大量的程序代码,只要修改宏文件即可,降低了开发难度。通过应用Visual Basic(VB)程序语言,基于三维机械CAD软件SolidWorks2000平台,开发齿轮三维虚拟参数化造型设计系统的实例,介绍了应用该方法逆向开发三维CAD软件的全过程。解决了工业生产中齿轮三维虚拟造型设计的难题,并且提供了一种对三维CAD软件开发的方法,提高开发CAD软件的能力。

       

      Abstract: This acticle put forward the concept of reverse development of CAD. This method uses macro recording function of 3D CAD softwares,because the existence of macro files, the only thing for developer to do is to modify macro files and there is no need to develop too many program codes, so macro files can make the development much easier. This acticle presents an idea of developing parameterization virtual manufacturing system for gears based on CAD software for three-dimensional mechanism SolidWorks97 platform and applying Visual Basic program. Through the idea, the difficult problems of the production of gear virtual designs can be solved, and an approach to developing 3D CAD softwares for mechanism is provided. So devisers can use it in practical development to enhance the ability of developing CAD softwares for three-dimensional mechanisms.
