    棉秆粉碎收获机的设计

    Design of cotton-stalk grinding harvester

    • 摘要: 利用旋转甩刀的切割及冲击作用,对棉秆进行粉碎;同时,甩刀高速旋转产生的惯性和气流作用对粉碎的棉秆进行抛送。在田间试验的基础上,通过理论探讨,对棉秆粉碎收获机的基本原理、主要部件及参数进行分析,设计出与中型拖拉机配套的棉秆粉碎收获机。

       

      Abstract: With cutting and impacting action of rotating flail, cotton-stalk is ground into small pieces, and then stripping with inertia and air current generated by high-speed rotating flail. Based on theories and field experiments, this paper analyzed the basic principle, main parts and related parameters, and thus cotton-stalk harvest grinder matched with medium-horsepower tractors was designed and manufactured.
