    Research and development of remote communication interface for greenhouse data acquisition system

    • 摘要: 随着现代温室朝着集约化、规模化方向的发展和温室管理智能化要求的提高,温室测控系统实现远程通信,进而实现温室内生产与管理的一体化,是现代智能温室发展的必然趋势;鉴于RS-485总线结构的温室测控系统存在数据传输距离近,通信协议专用,可扩展性差等弊端,该文将TCP/IP协议作为一种嵌入式应用,采用8位普通微控制器与以太网控制芯片相结合,设计开发了温室数据采集系统的远程通信接口;并详细论述了其软硬件设计方案,探讨了TCP/IP协议的裁剪策略;对温室数据采集系统的底层网络与Internet的集成做了初步的研究。

       

      Abstract: With the development of modern intensive and scaled greenhouses and the advancement of their intelligent management, modern greenhouse technology is witnessing a trend of integration of greenhouse production and its management through remote communication. In consideration of the shortcomings of RS-485 bus based on greenhouse monitoring and controlling systems, such as short distance of data transmission, exclusive communication protocol, poor scalability, etc, an embedded application of TCP/IP, a remote communication interface for greenhouse data acquisition system by integrating an ordinary 8 bit MCU and an Ethernet controller chip were developed. The system hardware and software schemes were presented in detail and the tailoring strategy of TCP/IP was also discussed. The integration of networking layers of the system bottom and the Internet is preliminarily studied in the paper as well.
