浓缩风能型风力发电机迎风调向系统研究

    • 摘要: 风力发电机的迎风控制对于保证其正常发电十分重要。浓缩风能型风力发电机具有起动风速低、发电时间长、发电质量好的特点。该机型独特的结构和形体流场决定了必须为其配备一套专用的控制系统来保证其正常运行。根据浓缩风能型风力发电机的形体结构,设计了由直流减速电动机,蜗轮蜗杆减速机等组成的大传动比机械传动机构和基于89C51单片机的闭环控制系统。整个系统可在风向变化超过±15°时自动迎风,风速大于25 m/s时顺桨停机,达到了设计要求。在程序设计中考虑了电缆缠结及解缆,可以使风电场管理人员在较长的时期内不必检查电缆缠结情况,简化了风力发电机的维护。该系统可应用于浓缩风能型风力发电机的中、大型并网发电机组。

       

      Abstract: The wind facing control system is very important to ensure wind turbine generator to run well. Concentrated wind energy turbine has the characteristic of low launching-wind-speed, long-time-generating and good electric power quality. The special structure feature and shape flow field require a special control system. According to the structure feature of it, a closed-loop control system based on 89C51 microcontroller and a large driving ratio mechanically-driven machanism, which consists of direct current decelerate motor and decelerate machine of wormgear and worm, were developed in this paper. The whole system could face the wind automatically when the wind direction angle was greater than ±15°, and would stop when the wind speed was greater than 25 m/s, which meets the requirements of design. Cable tangle and unmooring of it were considered in program designing, and this saved the checking labor of cable tangle for manager and simplifies the maintenance management. This system may be used on middle and large scale interconnected to grid generating set of concentrated wind energy turbine.
