非正态分布参数前轴的可靠性优化设计

    Reliability-based optimization of front-axle with non-normal distribution parameters

    • 摘要: 讨论了随机参数服从非正态分布前轴的可靠性优化设计问题。在基本随机参数的前四阶矩已知的情况下,应用随机摄动法和Edgeworth级数方法对前轴进行可靠性优化设计,通过计算机程序可以实现随机参数服从非正态分布的前轴可靠性优化设计,迅速准确地得到了前轴的可靠性优化设计信息。计算结果表明,在对随机参数服从非正态分布的前轴进行可靠性优化设计时,该文所提出的方法有效和实用。

       

      Abstract: This paper examines the reliability optimization design for front-axle with non-normal distribution parameters. Using techniques from the probabilistic perturbation method and the Edgeworth series technique, a practical and effective method for the reliability optimization design for front-axle with non-normal distribution parameters of vehicle on the condition of known first four moments of basic random variables is presented. The respective program can be used to obtain the reliability optimization design information of front-axle with non-normal distribution parameters accurately and quickly. The numerical results demonstrate that the method proposed is an effective and practical approach to computing reliability and designing front-axle with non-normal distribution parameters.
