地膜播种机螺旋覆土滚筒的参数优化

    Parametric optimization of the spiral cylinder of a plastic-film mulch seeder

    • 摘要: 随着地膜覆盖栽培技术的发展,对覆膜播种机工作性能提出了更高的要求,覆土滚筒是覆膜播种机的主要工作部件,其参数优化对播种质量有很大影响,该文对覆土滚筒的导土板螺旋角,螺旋头数等主要参数进行了优化分析和试验研究,提出了合理取值范围,从而为覆土滚筒的设计和进一步改进提供了一定的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: With the development of the technology of plastic-film mulch, higher performance is demanded from the spiral cylindrical sealer. The cylindrical sealer is an important part of the plastic-film mulch seeder. Optimizing the number and angle of spiral battens has a great influence on seeding quality. In this paper, the angle of the spiral battens in the cylindrical sealer was researched and optimized. According to the analysis, a reasonable range for parametric optimization was presented, which may provide a theoretical basis for a new design and further improvement of the spiral cylindrical sealer.
