固体热载体和生物质粉沿倾斜管流动和传热的计算

    Flow and heat transfer of mixture of solid media and biomass in inclined tube

    • 摘要: 该文研究了下降管式热解液化装置中热载体和生物质粉混合物沿倾斜管流动和传热的计算。在合理假设的基础上,将流动和传热分成两个阶段:平推流阶段和充分混合流阶段,建立了各阶段的流动和传热方程。通过编程计算,分析了各结构参数和操作参数对流动和传热过程的影响。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze biomass pyrolysis in down flow reactor, computation of flow and heat transfer for solid media and biomass mixture in the inclined tube was investigated theoretically. A two stage model (sliding stage and fully developed stage) was suggested and equations on flow and heat transfer in these stages were written. The model was applied to study the influence of structural and operational parameters of the reactor. Result shows that under typical condition, heat transfer completed immediately after the mixture entering the tube; Heat media size and inclined angle of the tube have significant effect on terminal temperature difference between heat media and biomass powder.
