Abstract: The consumption of the commercial energy sources were limited in most poverty stricken regions in China, because of the financial difficulties. Renewable energy and the biomass energy were still the main part of the consumption of energy in this region. At the same time the use efficiency and the use level were very low which caused resources wasted seriously. So the nutrient and the energy flowing construction must be changed to form a new style to use them for more times at different levels, to increase the use level and the efficiency. This is very important in the region when it is on the way to being rich and trying to realize the sustainable development aim. Some related methods were discussed in this article.
