粗糙度对轴流泵性能影响的数值模拟研究

    Simulation of the influence of wall roughness on the performance of axial-flow pumps

    • 摘要: 该文应用三维湍流Navier-Stokes方程、工程上广泛使用的k-ε两方程湍流模型、包含粗糙度的壁面函数,对不同粗糙度下的轴流泵段的性能和力学特性进行了数值模拟研究,得到了力矩、扬程、效率随粗糙度变化的趋势,探讨了轴流泵过流表面粗糙度对泵性能的影响。模拟研究表明,对轴流泵流道表面进行处理或提高表面铸造光洁度,可显著提高轴流泵的效率和扬程。其结果对认识粗糙度对轴流泵性能的影响、挖掘提高轴流泵效率的潜力具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on the Reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the standard k-ε model, the law-of-the-wall modified for wall roughness effects, the performance and mechanics characteristic of an axial-flow pump with different surface roughness were simulated. The variation trend of the momentum, head and efficiency with the wall roughness was obtained. The influences of wall roughness on head, momentum and efficiency were approached. The efficiency potential of commercial axial pumps can be drawn. A mechanical treatment or coating to smoothen the surface can considerably increase the efficiency and the head. The research results are of great significance to understand the effects of roughness on the performance of axial-flow pump and to improve the efficiency of the axial-flow pump.
