Abstract:
Mechanized planting is a key project in the Pearl River Delta region even whole national rice production. In order to investigate the effects of different transplanting methods on rice production, the different patterns such as manual and mechanized sowing, manual and mechanized transplanting, and manual throwing rice seedling were studied. The results showed that the yields did not vary slightly with different transplanting methods, the mechanized planting could ensure stable yield and would not decrease yield under the same conditions. Compared with manual transplanting patterns, it could decrease costs and increase working efficiency, and the results also suggested that mechanized sowing be the most important transplanting model to achieve the target of high yield, high efficiency and high quality, and promote agricultural production of reducing investment and increasing benefits.
