气力有序抛秧机输秧机构动态模拟研究

    Dynamic simulation of the rice-seedling feeding mechanism of paddy seedling pneumatic throwing transplanter

    • 摘要: 介绍了气力有序抛秧机输秧机构的结构组成和工作原理,建立了输秧机构的运动模型,推导了用于输秧机构运动分析和动态模拟的位移方程、速度方程和加速度方程,利用Visual Basic6.0编制了运动模拟软件,利用该软件可以对不同结构尺寸的输秧机构进行运动模拟和分析,模拟结果包括图形动态模拟、数值和运动曲线等,可以为气力有序抛秧机的设计和改进提供了有利的工具和科学的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Paddy seedling pneumatic ordered throwing transplanter is a new kind of transplanter. The rice-seedling feeding mechanism is the key assembly of the transplanter. In this paper, the makeup, working mechanism and characteristic of the mechanism are presented. The dynamic model of the rice-seedling feeding mechanism is given. The equations about position, velocity and acceleration of any point on the mechanism are developed. Based on the equations, a software is programmed using Visual Basic 6.0 language which is used to simulate the movement of mechanism dynamically. The dimension of the mechanism can be modified during the simulation, and the simulation results obtained are given in the form of graphic movement, graph and data. This can provide the desired parameters and a useful tool for the design of the transplanter.
