精密播种智能监测仪的研制

Research and development of precision seeding intelligent monitor

  • 摘要: 应用单片机技术,研制出一种精密播种机智能监测仪,该仪器与大型宽幅精密播种机配套使用,可实现播种作业的全过程监测。当播种机发生漏播时仪器发出声音警报并有屏幕提示漏播行,同时还可为播种作业提供实时的作业指导。几年来经过较大范围的实际使用表明,该监测仪具有较高的监视可靠性及测量精度。
    Abstract: An intelligent monitor for precision seeder is developed by using single chip microprocessor technique. Being used with large scale wide breadth precision seeder, the instrument can nonitor the whole process of seeding work. When the seeds stop to drop in the seeder, the instrument can make a sound to alarm and indicate the corresponding misseeding travel through screen, at the same time, it can also offer real time work guidance for seeding work. In the recent several years, large-scale practical application indicates that the monitor has higher reliability for monitoring and measuring precision.
