Abstract: The current situation of agricultural products and side products deep processing technologies in developed countries and China was expounded, several advanced deep processing technologies for agricultural products and side products employed commonly in developed countries were emphatically introduced and the developing trend of deep processing technology for agricultural products and side products in 21st century was estimated. Finally, some countermeasures for developing those advanced deep processing technologies in China were put forward.
