    Frequency response characteristics of linear model of diesel engine automatic control system

    • 摘要: 拖拉机农具机组是一复杂的动力系统,在随机环境和波动载荷条件下工作,传统的静态分析方法不能使拖拉机与柴油机进行最优匹配,动态分析方法是一有效途径。柴油机系统动态分析是农具机组系统动态分析要解决的主要问题之一。在建立了柴油机自动控制系统线性模型的微分方程和以动态载荷为输入、转速为输出的传递函数,导出了系统的频率特性,并给出了计算实例。证明柴油机系统的频率特性是其工作点的函数,并指出了在进行柴油机与动态载荷匹配时应注意两者的频率特性,为农具机组的动态匹配奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: The farm implement unit of tractor is a complex power system. Under the condition of random environment and load wave, the traditional static analyzing method can not make tractor best match with diesel engine, thus dynamic analyzing method is its necessary trend. The research on the dynamic problems of diesel engine system is one of the major problems which need to be solved on making dynamic analysis of farm implement unit. In this paper, the differential equation of linear model of diesel automatic-control system and the transfer function whose input is dynamic load and output is rotating speed were developed. The frequency characteristic of system is deduced and the calculating examples are given. It is shown that the frequency characteristic of diesel engine system is a function of the working point of itself. When the diesel engine matches with dynamic load, their frequency characteristics should be noticed. It can lay a foundation for the dynamic matching of farm implement unit.
